i think this whole post should be your project. its defined and cohesive. the artificial lighting plus the natural light of night in the city forms the effect that you are achieving.
I was about to ask if you decided what your final project was going to be. I agree with Mike, this is much more cohesive than some other ideas. Plus, you're so good at taking night shots that it definitely makes sense.
